My name is Liam and I am from the UK and Ireland.
I am a friendly and patient teacher who loves to help students improve their speaking ability in a calm and welcoming environment.
I am TEFL certified and have over 15 years experience teaching English to every age group and level of ability.
I like to use humour and storytelling from time to time in my classes as I find this makes conversation flow more easily.
If you are looking to increase your confidence to speak in front of any and all people, ace an exam, or improve your understanding of language and culture then I am more than happy to help you on your journey.
I have an interest in many topics including: current affairs, business, entertainment, sports, culture, history, travel and many more.
I have a wide experience of different cultures, and I worked for a number of years in marketing in Dublin dealing with a varied client base.
Having lived in Korea for a long time, I understand completely how daunting it can be to speak to native speakers who can speak very fast with different dialects or expressions that don’t appear in any textbook.
Which is why I look forward to providing a forum where you can practice your speaking and build up your skills at a pace suited to you.

저는 여러 문화권에 대한 폭넓은 경험을 가지고 있으며, 더블린에서 다양한 고객들을 상대하는 마케팅 업무를 여러 해 동안 담당하기도 했습니다.
한국에서 오랫동안 생활했기 때문에, 원어민들이 매우 빠르게 말하거나 교과서에는 나오지 않는 다양한 사투리와 표현을 사용할 때 그들과 대화하는 것이 얼마나 부담스럽고 어렵게 느껴질 수 있는지 충분히 이해하고 있습니다.
